Return & Refund

I. Return Timeframe

Littletress allows customers to request a return within thirty (30) days from the date the order is successfully delivered.

Return requests submitted beyond this period may not qualify for a return or refund.

II. Return Requirements & How to Apply

Returned items must meet the following criteria to be considered eligible:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@littletress.com and include your order

number along with the reason for the return. Further return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us. Any shipping fees paid on the original order

are non-refundable.

III. Fees & Charges

  • Restocking Fees:
    Littletress does not impose any restocking or processing fees on returned merchandise.

IV Refund Review & Issuance

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days. Please note that

processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
